WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We offer shipping throughout the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and Ireland, as well as internationally to Europe. Please note shipping times and prices differ per country.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
For orders placed before 1pm on a business day, we aim to process, pack and ship your order on the same day.
The email confirmation you receive when you place your order contains a link which will allow you to track your parcels progress.
Orders placed after 1pm during weekdays, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed the following business day.
During busy periods, these times may vary.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
For orders in the UK and Ireland, we offer a Royal Mail Tracked service; check your email confirmation for links to track your order.
For orders to Europe, we do not provide a Tracking service at present.
I'VE LOST MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL/ I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
Please check your junk mail folder to make sure the email hasn't landed in there by mistake.
If you cannot find your email or have lost it, please get in touch with us at email@example.com and we will be happy to help.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We use Paypal for accepting payments. At checkout you will have the option to pay via card, or using your own Paypal account.
WHICH SHIPPING METHODS DO YOU USE?
For shipping within the UK and Ireland we ship using Royal Mail Tracked. This means you can expect delivery in around 3 working days. When your order has been despatched you will receive an email with a tracking link, which enables you to check the progress of your order.
OUTSIDE THE UK
Within Europe we use Royal Mail Standard shipping; you should receive your order within 3-5 working days.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHERE IS IT?
For orders in the UK and Ireland, please check your confirmation email for tracking links.
If you cannot track your parcel, or you have been waiting to receive your order longer than 3 business days in the UK and Ireland, or longer than 7 business days in Europe then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to help.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
